Did I mention that working with the National Confectioners Association is distracting? I'm working on a new blog tool for them, and was looking at the "Recent Comments" feature on their existing site. On the subject of chocolate storage, one person commented that she uses a chocolate fridge. This is an individual, mind you... not someone working in the industry. Now, I like sweet things, and I like baking, but I can't imagine having enough chocolate in the house to merit its very own refrigerator! That's a serious habit.
