Kanji Database
This is a work-in-progress.  The purpose of this database is to assist in learning to recognize the 1,945 official Jōyō Kanji.  The tools available here include a searchable database, flashcard utility, and support for calligraphy practice.

At present, the database contains all 1,945 Jōyō Kanji, together with the core meaning, grade level, stroke count, Halpern index, Skip code, and frequency of use.  Incomplete at this time are the readings for each kanji, brush-stroke diagrams, and sample vocabulary words.
